Katherine Adkins is Group Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Toyota Financial Services (TFS) USA, as well as Chief Legal Officer for TFS Global.
In addition to her role as Chief Legal Officer for TFS Global, Adkins oversees the Legal Department, Enterprise Compliance Department, Internal Audit Department, and Government Affairs for TFS US. She provides direction, vision, and strategy to support TFS business objectives, and works with senior management to ensure integrity of enterprise-wide legal, compliance, and audit risk management.
Adkins serves on the Senior Management Committee for TFS. She chairs the Global Compliance Functional Committee for TFSC, and advises TFSC senior management on Global Compliance and legal trends.
Adkins reports to Mike Groff, President and CEO.
Adkins has a passion for innovation, and serves as the executive sponsor of the Company’s creativity and innovation efforts. Through this effort, associates develop innovation skills and improve their creativity, with the goal of creating value to the Company.
Adkins earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, and her undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Nebraska.
