Muneera Carr is the Chief Financial Officer at Comerica, Inc. Prior to joining Comerica, Ms. Carr was a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 2007 through 2009. Ms. Carr has performed the accounting policy function at other major banks such as SunTrust and Bank of America. Ms. Carr also spent nine years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, last two of which were as Senior Manager in their National Office.
Ms. Carr graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting from University of Texas in Arlington in 1996. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
